Budgam, March 09 (ANH): A local “goon” attacked and decamped with cash and mobile phone from a shopkeeper at Gopalpura area of Chadoora in Central Kashmir’s Budgam on Wednesday.

Sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a man identified as Abdul Gani Dar of Dawlatpora was at his grocery store when a local “goon” attacked him with knife and ran away with cash and mobile phone.
The residents of the area demanded strict action against the goon, who according to them was earlier arrested in different cases.

Locals said that the local “goon” has injured several persons in the past and is roaming freely in the area.
