Srinagar, May 05: A youth died while his father was injured in a road accident near Gurudwara in Shalteng area of Srinagar this afternoon.
Reports reaching Asian News Hub said that abman and his son were injured after a motorcycle they were travelling on was hit by truck near Gurudwara in Shalteng this afternoon.
They said both the injured were were rushed to noora hospital for treatment, where one among the injured was pronounced dead.

The deceased has been identified as Mehdi Altaf Khan, son of Altaf Ahmad Khan, a resident of Miskeenbagh Khanyar.
The injured has been identified as Altaf Nazir Khan, son of Nazir Ahmad Khan.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
