Riyadh, Feb 28: The crescent moon marking the beginning of Ramadan 1446 has been sighted in Saudi Arabia today. As a result, the holy month of fasting will commence on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
Muslims across the kingdom and several other countries following Saudi Arabia’s moon sighting will begin their first fast on Saturday. Ramadan is a sacred month in Islam, observed with fasting from dawn to dusk, increased prayers, and acts of devotion.
