Tragically, Dr. Sharma, who hailed from Kishtwar district and was residing in Jammu, lost his life in a devastating road accident on Tuesday morning near Qazigund in the southern reaches of Anantnag district.

The Principal/Dean, accompanied by senior faculty members, registrars, and postgraduate scholars from GMC Srinagar, expressed their deep anguish and profound sorrow at the tragic loss of a remarkable individual and dedicated scholar.

It had been many years since I had encountered a young doctor of his caliber, and what truly set him apart was his profound humility. His dedication to his work and his patients was truly remarkable.
