Srinagar, July 27: One of the two youth injured in a motorcycle accident in Midoora area of south Kashmir’s Tral on July 20 has succumbed to his injuries at SMHS Hospital in Srinagar.
The deceased has been identified as Aabid Ahmad, son of Abdul Aziz, a resident of Tral Chawlas. Aabid had sustained serious injuries after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a wall. He was initially shifted to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Tral and later referred to SMHS Hospital for specialized treatment. Despite efforts by doctors, he succumbed this morning.
The pillion rider, identified as Mubashir Ahmad Bhat, 22, son of Javid Ahmad of Tral, was also injured in the accident but is reported to be in stable condition.
