Srinagar, Oct 31: A 36-year-old teacher lost his life after reportedly suffering a suspected heart attack while riding his scooter in the Shangus area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Thursday.

Reports reaching ANH said that Ajaz Ahmad Shah, son of Ali Mohammad Shah and a resident of Brah Ranipora Achabal, was driving his scooter when he apparently lost consciousness, causing the vehicle to veer off the road, and resulting in his onspot death.

Ajaz Ahmad Shah, a dedicated teacher by profession, is remembered fondly by his community.

Meanwhile, police have registered a case regarding the incident, and an investigation has been initiated to confirm the exact cause of death.
