Srinagar, Jan 11: A scooty rider died in a road accident in Mustafabad area of HMT in district Srinagar, this evening.
Reports reaching Asian News Hub (ANH) said that a scooty rider identified as Ashiq Hussain Guroo resident of Maloora Shalteng was hit by Scorpio in Mustafabad HMT, leaving him critically injured.
They said scooty rider was rushed to JVC hospital for treatment, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and investigations are underway.
