Srinagar, Oct 24: A Pedestrian died after hit by unknown vehicle in lawaypora area of Srinagar outskirts this evening.

Reports reaching ANH said that a Pedestrian identified as Nazir Ahmad, son of Habib-ul-lah, a resident of Bandipora was critically injured after hit by unknown vehicle on National Highway in Lawaypora this evening.

They said after the incident, he was rushed to Noora Hospital for treatment, where he was referred to SKIMS Bemina for advanced treatment, however, doctors declared him dead on arrival.

Meanwhile police have taken cognizance of the incident.
