Baramulla, Mar 28: Baramulla Police have registered an FIR (No. 49/2025) under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act against individuals involved in promoting terrorism by displaying Hezbollah flags and raising pro-terror slogans during a procession in Chainabal, Pattan.
According to a police spokesman, the individuals carried Hezbollah flags, placards, and banners featuring photographs of a slain Hezbollah commander while raising slogans in support of the group. The act was allegedly aimed at inciting the public and encouraging subversive activities in Jammu and Kashmir.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident and assured swift action against those involved.
