Sopore, Mar 03: A minor boy who was rescued along with another boy after drowning in Nallah in Mundji Sopore succumbed at SDH Sopore.
An official told Asian News Hub that a minor boy identified as Sabiq-ul-Khair Mushtaq son of Mushtaq Ahmad Mir who drowned in Nallah in Mundji Sopore along with another boy succumbed at SDH Sopore.
He said, two minor boys were rescued in a joint operation by 22RR of Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police, with the help of locals after they slipped in Nallah Mundji this afternoon.

Meanwhile, locals mourn the loss of Sabiq-ul-khair in his native village, creating a somber atmosphere.
