Srinagar, Mar 30: The Central Ruet-i-Hilal Committee announced on Sunday that the Shawwal moon has been sighted, confirming that Pakistan will celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr tomorrow.
The committee, headed by Chairman Abdul Khabir Azad, made the announcement after receiving testimonies of moon sightings from various parts of the country. Following the confirmation, the committee declared that the first day of Shawwal will be observed on Monday, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

Muslims across Pakistan will gather in mosques and Eidgahs for special Eid prayers, followed by festivities, family gatherings, and charitable activities. Authorities have also put in place security and traffic management plans to ensure smooth celebrations across the country.
