Srinagar, April 15: The body of man who was missing since April 08 was found in river jhelum in Shalteng area of Srinagar this morning.
Reports reaching Asian News Hub said that a man identified as Fayaz Ahmad Khan, son of Mohammad Shafi Khan, a resident of Khankah Mohalla, M.R. Gunj, Srinagar went missing from his residence on April 08.
They said, a missing report was lodged in police station M.R. Gunj, however, this morning his body was sighted by some locals floating in river jhelum in Shalteng area, who subsequently informed the police.

Soon after the intimation, police reached the spot and shifted the body to SMHS hospital for medicolegal formalities.
