In yet another instance of honesty, a man from Bemina area of Srinagar on Monday returned a bag containing Rs 86,000 and other valuable to the rightful owner.

The bag was returned to the owner in presence of Station House Officer (SHO) Parimpora.

The district police srinagar have also appreciated the honesty of Bemina resident, identified as Muhammad Yaqoob Guru, son of Sonaullah Guru, as per Asian News Hub (ANH).

“Srinagar Police appreciates the honesty & civic responsibility shown by Mohd Yaqoob Guru S/o Sonaullah Guru R/o Bemina LIG Colony, he kept a lost bag containing ₹ 86,000 & other valuables safely with him. Later, handed over the bag in SHO Parimpura’s presence to rightful owner,” Srinagar Police tweeted.
