Srinagar, Feb 10: A fire broke out in Housing Colony Chanapora area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Monday evening, causing damage to three residential houses.
An official told that the fire was successfully extinguished by the Fire and Emergency Services after damaging three residential structures, including two-story houses.
He said timely intervention prevented further spread, and no casualties have been reported so far.

Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
