Srinagar, Jan 18: Four residential structures, three cowsheds were damaged in twin fire incidents in Kashmir on Thursday.
An official said that one double storeyed residential house and a cowshed along with one walnut tree were involved in a fire incident in Aloosa village of Kralpora district Kupwara.
He said, firefighters promptly reached the spot and successfully doused the flames to avoid any further damages.
Similarly, three residential sheds and two cow sheds were involved in a fire due to short circuit in Galandar area of Pampore.

He said, house hold goods and bedding were severely damaged in the incident.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
In early hours, 18 cattle were charred alive, three double storeyed residential houses, and a cowshed were severely damaged in Uri area of Baramulla district.
