At least four residential houses were damaged in a fire incident in Rajwar area of Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district this evening.
Reports said that four residential houses were damaged in a fire incident in Chanjimulla, Rajwar area of Handwara, with three completely damaged and one partially affected.
They said that their was no loss of life or injury to any during the fire incident. However, cause of fire was not known immediately.

Meanwhile, local residents claimed that the absence of a fire station in the area led to significant damage to residential houses, and they urged the administration to install a fire station in the vicinity.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident.
