A painter injured in a thinner explosion in Chadoora area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday succumbed to his injuries at SMHS hospital this morning.

According to local reports, a painter identified as 22-year-old Owais Ahmad Thoker, a resident of Kakawring Chrar-i-Shareef, was critically injured when a thinner cane exploded at Chadoora on Monday.
They said he was shifted to SMHS hospital for treatment. However, he succumbed to his injuries this morning.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and are investigating the circumstances that led to thinner explosion.
