“From Saturday to Tuesday, an active Western Disturbance is expected to bring widespread rain and snowfall to Jammu and Kashmir,” he said.
“On October 14, a spell of rain/snow is anticipated in most parts, particularly in the Kashmir region. Similarly, on October 15, intermittent rain/snow showers are expected, with some areas likely to remain overcast with minimal or no precipitation, as predicted by Faizan Arif.”
Likewise, on October 16, moderate rain and snow are anticipated in most areas, with the possibility of heavy showers in a few areas. On October 17, some areas may continue to experience rain or snow showers until the morning or afternoon, with the expectation that the Western Disturbance will clear out on this day.
He added that the timing of showers can vary, so day-to-day conditions may not stay exactly the same.
