Srinagar police on Monday said to have arrested eight gamblers from two gambling sites at Sangarmal Complex and CTC Exchange road.

They said that stake money of Rs 81,000 cash and playing cards were also recovered from the site.
Case under FIR no.24/2023 and FIR No.25/2023 registered at Kothibagh police station,they said.
Srinagar police in a tweet informed, “8 gamblers arrested from two gambling sites at Sangarmal complex and at CTO chowk Exchange road. Stake money worth ₹ 81,000 cash and playing cards recovered. FIR no.24/2023 and FIR No.25/2023 registered at Kothibagh PS.”
