SSP Baramulla interacts with female students of Darul-Uloom at Tangmarg, distributed 70 educational kits

SSP Baramulla Amod Ashok Nagpure-IPS interacted with female students of Darul-Uloom Rabia Basria Zaspora Tangmarg; Distributed 70 Educational Kits under Civic Action Programme.

In a statement to Asian News Hub (ANH), a police spokesman said SSP Baramulla Amod Ashok Nagpure-IPS visited Darul-Uloom Rabia Basria Zaspora Tangmarg and interacted with female students of Darul Uloom stressed upon the students to take their studies seriously for better and successful future, he also impressed upon that everyone should take part in sports activities as it helps to boost Self Confidence, Concentration, Physical as well as Mental Health. He also stated that students should make optimum use of time and channelize their energy in the right direction.

In Addition, Baramulla Police in its attempt to promote and support in educational activities for the students of farflung area and hailing from under privileged class as well as to build good Police-Public relations within the district, SSP Baramulla Amod Ashok Nagpure-IPS under the aegis of “Civic Action Programme” also distributed 70 Educational Kits distributed among the female students of Darul –Uloom Rabia Basria.

The event was also attended by Addl. SP Baramulla, R K Parihar, Dy. Commandant IR 13 Bn N S Jamwal, SDPO Tangmarg Javid Ahmad, DySP DAR Baramulla, Peerzada Aijaz Ahmad, DySP PC Kunzer, Aumer Iqbal, SHO PS Tangmarg Inspr Shahnawaz Khan, IC DDC Baramulla Altaf Ahmad, Iqbal Ahmad, President Darul Uloom Rabia Basria.

At the end President & executive body members of Darul Uloom Rabia Basria especially the female students have shown extraordinary enthusiasm and applauded the role of Baramulla Police for arranging & providing such facilities in order to boost their morale, the spokesman added.

10 held for trying to vitiate peaceful atmosphere outside Jama Masjid after Friday prayers: Police

Srinagar police on Saturday said that they have arrested ten persons for trying to vitiate peaceful atmosphere outside Jama Masjid in Nowhatta after Friday prayers.

They said that they will be booked under relevant sections of law.

Srinagar police on X informed, “10 Hooligans arrested for trying to vitiate peaceful atmosphere outside Jamia Masjid Yesterday after friday prayers. They shall be booked under relevant section of law. Public is requested not to indulge in such acts failing which law will take its own course.”

Mason falls from rooftop of house in Bijbehera, dies

A mason died after he fell down from a rooftop of a house in Zirpora area of Bijbehara in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday.

An official told that Nazir Ahmad Ganai son of Abdul Salam Ganai of Zirpora was doing some work on the roof of the house when he slipped and fell down.

Biker killed in Anantnag road accident

A biker has died in a road mishap in Ranipora area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday morning.

An official told that a motorcyclist, identified as Muzaffar Ahmad Kuchay, lost control of his bike and skidded off the road, resulting in his death.
