In a first, a seven member Self-Help Group—Farman, in the outskirts of Srinagar, has opted to sell fast food like barbeque, fish, chicken and other things to set up their own business unit to earn their livelihood.
Barbeques and other fast food selling is a male dominated job, but these young girls, have stood against all odds and started their own unit, where they have been organizing events and providing food stuff for the functions as well.
