Srinagar, Sept 14: The Department of Management Studies, North Campus, University of Kashmir organised a two day fest- ‘Colour me Autumn’ Harud Fest 2022 on 13th & 14th September.

The main objective of organising the fest was to provide a platform to students for showcasing their talent and exhibiting their entrepreneurial skills. Director, North Campus, Prof. Bashir Ahmad Ganai inaugurated the event and congratulated the organising committee for organising the business festival of its first kind at North Campus and also assured full support to the department of management studies in future.

The inaugural session was also graced by the presence of all the Coordinators, Faculty members and the Students of campus and many adjoining colleges. Dr. Ambreen Wani who was the event coordinator briefed the audience about the event.

The fest provided the opportunity to the students of Department of Management Studies and young entrepreneurs to set up their stalls so as to boost their visibility by selling their products.

The Director, North campus accompanied by other guests went around the stalls to interact with the students and entrepreneurs. On the second day of the fest, the students of the department showcased their talent by participating in various cultural programmes.

The event was graced by the presence of Prof. Irshad Ahmad Wani, Prof. Naseer Iqbal, Prof. Aijaz Ahmad, Prof. Pervez Ahmad (Former Directors, North Campus). The felicitation ceremony was carried out by Dr Viqar u Nissa in which all the former directors were honoured for their exceptional services towards the campus.

Students were presented with the certificates and awards were given to the best stall and best cultural performance of the event.

Dr. Maleeha Gul of Department of Management studies gave her concluding remarks about the event and Dr. Mubashir Majid Baba faculty member of the department presented vote of thanks.
