Srinagar May 21 : JK Salvation Chairman Zafar Akbar Bhat in a statement issued in Srinagar said, “The world cannot turn away its eyes from Kashmir dispute and its people’s legitimate and peaceful struggle for right to self-determination will continue till complete success.”
Stressing over peaceful means for resolution of united Kashmir issue Zafar Akbar said that ,’’Peace will remain a distant dream if all the issues including Kashmir issue are not resolved on table .
Reiterating his stand, Zafar Akbar said that Kashmir is a flash point between two nations of the sub-continent and the peace of the whole region is at stake ,saying any flare between the two can lead to a devastating war between two nuclear countries .
War and confrontation is no solution ,said Zafar Akbar ,saying Kashmir is a political issue and should be resolved through meaningful and result oriented dialogue between all its stake holders .
Zafar who was summoned by NIA and returned after week long stay in Delhi in an interaction with its party leaders and workers apprised them about the new developments and NIA related questioning at New Delhi.
He in his appeal demanded the shifting of all detainees to valley and stressed their immediate release on humanitarian grounds .
Zafar Akbar in his fervent appeal to people asked to help poor ,needy ,prisoners and destitute families in this month of holy Ramadan.
