A youth allegedly committed suicide by jumping into river Jhelum in Barthana, Qamarwari area of Srinagar on Thursday.

Reports reaching Asian News Hub (ANH) said that a youth resident of PC depo barthana allegedly committed suicide by jumping into river Jhelum this morning.
They said that river police srinagar reached the spot and launched the rescue operation to fish out the body.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance of the incident
