Srinagar, Oct 23: A woman lost his life on Thursday in Srinagar hospital after injured in Awantipora road accident.
An official told that the deceased has been identified as Khateeja Wife of Majeed Bhat, resident of Mundoora Tral, succumbed to her injuries in SMHS hospital Srinagar.
The victim had been referred from PHC Awantipora in critical condition after being hit by a motorcycle at Charssoo, Awantipora. She sustained multiple injuries in the accident while crossing the road, he said.

Later she was referred to SHMS hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
Cognizance of the incident has been taken and further investigation initiated. (KNC)
