Srinagar, March 25 (ANH): A woman, who had suffered burn injuries in January this year, succumbed here at SMHS Hospital on Friday.
Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a lady (name withheld) resident of Qamarwari had suffered burn injuries in an incident at her residence in January.
Subsequently, she was shifted to SMHS hospital, where she was being treated for more than two months, however, she succumbed to her burn injuries today.
Meanwhile, a police officer told KNO that a case under section 309 has already been registered in this regard and further investigation is going on.
