Rajouri, Dec 3: Atleast two people were killed while as three others were injured in an road accident at Chingus area of Rajouri district on Wednesday.
Officials said that around 4:30 am early morning one vehicle bearing registration number JK12D-7568 (Swift Car) which was coming from Jammu towards Rajouri met with an accident at Chingus.
In the incident two people were killed while as three others sustained injuries. All the injured were immediately shifted to GMC Rajouri for further treatment.
The deceased has been identified as Naik Singh (53) son of Puran Singh resident of Waripattan and Mohd Yaqoob(45) son of Mohd Fazal resident of Saila Surankote.

The injured have been identified as Mohd Farooq son of Mohd Fazal resident of Saila Surankote, Driver Mohd Sageer son of Mohd Haneef resident of Digwar Poonch and Mohd Mushtaq son of Fazal Hussain resident of Kakora Manjakote.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.(KNS)
