Srinagar police on Tuesday said to have arrested two accused for beating and grievously injuring fellow LLB student at Kashmir University.

They said that two accused identified as Mohammad Ali Aga S/o Late Aga Nisar Ali resident of Rajbagh and Burhan Hilal Bhat S/o Hilal Ahmad Bhat resident of Qazibagh Anantnag were arrested for beating and grievously injuring fellow LLB student in Kashmir University.

Case under FIR no 86/2023 in relevant sections registered in Nigeen police station.

Srinagar police in a tweet said, “Two accused namely Mohd Ali Aga S/o Late Aga Nisar Ali R/o Rajbagh & Burhan Hilal Bhat S/o Hilal Ahmad Bhat R/o Qazibagh Anantnag arrested for beating & grievously injuring fellow LLB student in Kashmir University. FIR no 86/2023 in relevant sections registered in Nigeen PS.”
