Srinagar, July 04: A teenager drowned in river Jehlum at Soiteng Lasjan area of Srinagar on Monday afternoon even as rescue operation has been launched, officials sources said here.

Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a 14-year-old Asrar Ahmad Dar of Padshahi Bagh drowned in river Jehlum at Soiteng Lasjan while talking a bath.
They said that the rescue operation has been launched by army and local police to fish out the body of teenager.
