A youth died in a hit-and-run case in Zaffron Colony area of Srinagar outskirts on Thursday.

Reports reaching Asian News Hub (ANH) said that a youth identified as Shahid Ahmad Wani, a resident of Zaffron Colony, was critically injured after he was hit by an unknown vehicle near his residence.
They said he was rushed to SMHS hospital for treatment. However, doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
