Baramulla, Oct 08: A youth died on Wednesday after being hit by a poplar tree he was cutting in Taki Batapora area of Kunzer in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, officials said.
They said the deceased has been identified as Mohammad Asif Shah, who was cutting a poplar tree when it accidentally fell on him, leaving him critically injured. He was immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.

A police official confirmed the incident and said that legal proceedings under relevant. (KNS)
