Srinagar, Sept 18: A woman died, while her husband was critically injured in a road accident near Umerabad HMT area of Srinagar outskirts this evening.
Reports said that a woman and her husband were crossing the road when a speeding Swift car hit them, leaving them critically injured in Umerabad.
They said both the injured were rushed to SKIMS Bemina, where woman was declared dead and her husband is undergoing treatment.

The deceased woman has been identified as Fehmeeda, and her husband has been identified as Bashir Ahmed, residents of Umarabad.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance of the incident.
