Srinagar, Aug 16: Two teachers lost their lives in a road accident at South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Friday.
An accident took place at Largam Shopian when a vehicle hit a motorcyclist in which a teacher died on spot while another was injured.
However, the injured was shifted to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The duo has been identified as Riyaz Ahmad Dar, son of Mohd Ibrahim Dar of Kundalan Shopian and Sajad Ahmad Shah, son of Gh Mohd Shah of Largam Shopian.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance and started an investigation. (KNO)
