Srinagar, Jan 30: Two residential houses were partially damaged in a fire incident in the Bagiyas area of Chattabal, Srinagar, this afternoon.
An F&ES official told ANH that a two-story and a three-story residential house suffered partial damage to their top floors and attics.
He said firefighters, with the help of police and locals, managed to douse the flames in time, preventing further damage.

Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident, and the cause of the fire was not immediately known.
