Kishtwar, July 22: In a tragic accident in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district, three individuals lost their lives when a JCB vehicle skidded off a hilly road and fell into a gorge in the Sounder Dachan area on Tuesday.
According to official sources, the JCB was navigating a steep stretch when it met with the accident under mysterious circumstances, resulting in the on-spot death of all three individuals onboard.
The deceased have been identified as Nazir Hussain, son of Saiye, resident of Khatasoo Bhalessa, Ishaq, son of Faroozdin, resident of Khatasoo Bhalessa, and Majeed, a resident of Bhalessa.
IMD Issues Flash Flood Alert for 12 Districts in J&K
The bodies have been shifted to District Hospital Kishtwar for medico-legal procedures.
Authorities have taken cognizance of the incident, and an investigation is currently underway to ascertain the exact cause of the accident.
