Sopore, Aug 13: Sopore Police has advised all media persons not to share, publish, or broadcast any footage, visuals, or reels of police officers or officials from the district without prior consent from the Incharge of the Sopore Police Media Cell.
In a statement, the police said the uniform represents “duty, dignity, and discipline,” and any content featuring officers should reflect these values.
“Sopore Police cautioned against using visuals from public functions with background music or elements that undermine the decorum of the uniformed service.”

The police have sought cooperation from the media to ensure all such material remains respectful and appropriate.
