Describing education as the cornerstone of an inclusive and empowered society, Itto said, “As we move towards a more equitable future, education remains the most powerful instrument of transformation. We are determined to ensure that our youth receive the support they need to succeed in every aspect of life.”

The Minister also acknowledged the tireless contributions of teachers, applauding their role in nurturing the future generation. She called for continued collaboration between educators and the government to raise academic standards and promote innovative pedagogy.

A major attraction of the event was the stall exhibition organized by the school’s Tourism Department, which showcased the creative talents and project work of students, particularly in areas related to local food and alternative healthy food options. These vibrant and educational displays were highly appreciated by the visiting dignitaries and added a lively, experiential dimension to the day’s celebrations.

Young innovators presented impressive working models such as a hydraulic bridge, an electric motor car, and several other creative scientific displays. These models reflected the scientific curiosity, innovation, and practical skills of the students and were a major highlight of the day, drawing praise from both guests and attendees

Interacting with the students, the Minister urged them to remain steadfast in pursuing their ambitions, assuring them of full government support in turning their goals into reality. “We are here to ensure that no dream is too distant,” she affirmed.

Itto personally felicitated the meritorious students of Classes 10 and 12, acknowledging their hard work and resilience. The event stood as a testament to the school’s vibrant learning environment and its commitment to fostering all-round excellence.

Accompanying the Minister on the occasion were MLA Gulmarg, Farooq Ahmad Shah, and Director School Education Kashmir, G.N. Yatoo. Both dignitaries actively participated in the engagements, interacting with students and faculty members. They reiterated their commitment to strengthening the educational ecosystem in the area and emphasized the collective responsibility of all stakeholders in nurturing academic excellence and inclusive development.
