Srinagar, May 14: Regional Transport Officer (RTO) Kashmir, Qazi Irfan on Wednesday issued strict directives for school transportation, mandating that all school buses and vans must be equipped with CCTV cameras.
He also warned that overloading of students will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
The RTO emphasized that any violation of these safety norms will result in strict action against both the school transport operators and the respective school administrations.

In another development, the RTO assured the public that the number of available driving license test slots will be increased in the coming days to accommodate the growing number of applicants and reduce delays.
