Addressing a large gathering, the Minister said the government’s priority is to make governance more responsive and accessible. She highlighted that Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has already set up a Raabta Public Outreach Office to address people’s concerns in a structured manner.

“Our aim is to ensure that no voice from any corner goes unheard. Every citizen deserves access to quality healthcare and other basic services. Today’s Public Darbar reflects our commitment to accountability and quick redressal of public issues,” Sakeena said.

The Minister assured that genuine demands would be addressed at the earliest and directed officials to conduct regular field visits in remote areas.

Earlier, Sakeena Itoo also visited the Primary Health Centre at K.B Pora where she dedicated a newly installed Analyser machine for public use, terming it an important step in improving healthcare services for the area.
