Srinagar, Sept 15: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg on Monday said there is a shortage of petrol in the Valley but assured that supplies will be refilled within the next two days.
He said diesel and LPG stocks are sufficient and there is no need for panic. “Essentials are stocked well. Diesel and LPG are sufficient. Petrol will be refilled within two days,” Garg told.

The Divisional Commissioner added that restoration work on the Jammu–Srinagar National Highway is going on round-the-clock and the road is expected to be fully operational in two days. He said Mughal Road has been kept open to ensure uninterrupted supply of essential commodities. (KNO)
