Srinagar, May 15: One person lost his life and two others were injured in a road accident on Thursday in the Uri area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
According to officials, a tractor met with an accident at Dachi Bagratoo, leaving three people injured.
All three were taken to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Uri. However, one of them was declared dead on arrival. The other two were later shifted to GMC Baramulla for further treatment.

The person who died has been identified as 26-year-old Abid Hussain, son of Khani Zaman, a resident of Dachi. The injured have been identified as 22-year-old Iklaq and 27-year-old Abdul Razak, both sons of Azmullatah.
Police have registered the case and started further investigation. (GNS)
