Srinagar, April 19: Flight operations at Srinagar International Airport were severely affected on Saturday as poor weather conditions led to the cancellation of several incoming and outgoing flights.
An airport official confirmed the disruption, citing low visibility and unfavorable flying conditions as the primary reasons.
According to the official, five flights were cancelled due to the inclement weather, including IndiGo flight 6E 6961 from Kolkata (CCU) to Srinagar (SXR), IndiGo flight 6E 2142 from Delhi (DEL) to Srinagar (SXR), IndiGo flight 6E 2125 from Delhi (DEL) to Srinagar (SXR), IndiGo flight 6E 214 from Srinagar (SXR) to Jammu (IXJ), and SpiceJet flight SG 937 from Delhi (DEL) to Srinagar (SXR).

Airport authorities have urged travelers to stay in touch with their respective airlines for the latest flight status and possible rescheduling.
