Bandipora, Aug 17: Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir, Dr. Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq, on Sunday visited Bandipora to offer his condolences on the demise of the mother of prominent religious scholar, Moulana Muhammad Rehmatullah Mir Qasmi.
During the visit, Mirwaiz met Moulana Qasmi, his family members, and scores of people who had gathered from various areas to pay their respects.
Expressing grief over the loss, Mirwaiz prayed for strength and patience for the bereaved family and for the departed soul to be granted the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous.

He also led a special Fateha prayer and offered supplications for the deceased.
