In Nagpur, Maharashtra, a three-way love triangle resulted in the death of one of the two cousins who were vying for the attention of a woman. It is said that the victim was stabbed seven times and was discovered in a pool of blood on the woman’s bed.

According to The Times Of India, both brothers were lusting after the woman, who was already in a live-in relationship with the accused cousin, identified as 47-yearold Rajesh Chavhan (Gabbar), who works as an attendant at the government health facility. The couple also has two children out of wedlock.
Rajesh had reportedly caught his cousin, Nitin Rohanbagh (40), with the woman in her bedroom at their house in Jat Tarodi area. He roped in his two nephews to assist him in the killing.
The police said 24 hours before the murder, Rajesh was warned after the woman filed a complaint of assault. But he killed his cousin, who worked at a cinema hall in Mahal.
The report said Rajesh and the woman had been living together for about 12 years after separating himself from his first wife, who recently initiated a legal case of separation.
Meanwhile, Nitin, a father of two, started feeling a connection with his cousin’s live-in partner.
Trouble for the three began after Rajesh and his partner took Nitin’s help to move to a new rented house in Jat Tarodi. During this period, Nitin and the woman became close, and he even started staying back at their house to help them settle down.
However, Rajesh suspected a love affair between the duo. He also began visiting his first wife during this period. Nitin’s wife, too, became aware of his extramarital affair with the woman and tried to stop him. Finally, Rajesh’s live-in partner raised a red flag, and the family held a joint meeting.
When the issue continued, the police got involved and counselled the three for several hours. After leaving the police station, the woman went back with Nitin. Therefore, Rajesh took law in his hands.
A brawl broke out between the cousin, in which Rajesh and his accomplices thrashed Nitin
and stabbed him to death. By then, the woman rushed to the police station. The cops arrived and found Nitin dead. Rajesh and his nephews–Aniket and Ritesh– were arrested.
