Kulgam, May 02: A man lost his life on Friday afternoon after being struck by lightning in the Gunsaigam area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Officials told that the deceased had been identified as Tariq Ahmad Padder, son of Mohammad Shaban, a resident of Gunsaigam.

They said the incident occurred during a sudden thunderstorm, and Padder was critically injured on the spot. He was rushed to a nearby health facility but was declared dead on arrival. (JKNS)
