Srinagar, Jun 24: A man died after getting electrocuted in the Batamaloo area of Srinagar district this afternoon.

Reports said that the deceased identified as Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Reshi, son of Mohammad Sultan, a resident of SD Colony, Batamaloo, died on the spot due to electric shock.

After medico-legal formalities the body has been handed over to the family for last rites.

Meanwhile police have registered a case in this regard.
