Srinagar, Sept 15: A 45-year-old man from Budgam, who was critically injured after falling from a Masjid in Lal Bazar on Sunday, died at SKIMS Soura on Monday, officials said.

They said the man, identified as Wakeel Ahmad Shah, son of Hamid Ullah Shah, was working as a labourer at Gousia Masjid in Umar Colony-A when he accidentally fell from the second floor, sustaining severe head injuries.

He was shifted to SKIMS Soura for treatment but succumbed this morning, they added. Police have taken cognisance of the incident. (KNO)
