A man was charred to death in a fire incident in Qamarwari area of Srinagar on Tuesday morning.

Reports reaching Asian News Hub (ANH) said that Bashir Ahmad Baba son of Abdul Gani Baba resident of Qamarwari had suffered critical burn injuries in a fire incident caused by firepot (Kangri) at his residence.
They said that he was rushed to SMHS Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance of the incident.
