Anantnag, Oct 13: A six-year-old nomadic boy, from Reasi, was tragically killed by a leopard at the Wopzan area of South Kashmir’s Ananatnag district on Monday.
An official told that, the boy identified as 6-year-old Mohammad Razak Bajad, son of Iqbal Bajad, a resident of Sujanpora, District Reasi, presently residing at Kashiwudar Wopzan, Anantnag.
The boy was attacked while grazing in the area. The control Room team has rushed to the site to manage the situation and ensure the safety of locals, official said.

Authorities have urged nomadic families and residents in the vicinity to remain vigilant and take precautions against further wildlife incidents. (KNC)
