Srinagar, July 04: The Kashmir Valley is likely to witness the hottest day of the season tomorrow, July 5, with weather models indicating a possible surge in temperatures.
As per Kashmir Weather, dry weather will prevail in Kashmir on July 5, while parts of Jammu may receive light monsoon showers. The heatwave is expected to intensify across the Valley.
On July 6, hot and humid conditions will continue, although a slight drop in temperatures is expected. Isolated rain showers may occur in some parts of Jammu and in a few places across Kashmir, especially by evening or night.

By July 7, temperatures are expected to drop by 3 to 6°C, bringing some relief from the intense heat. Many areas in Jammu are likely to receive monsoon showers, particularly in the early morning hours. Some parts of the Kashmir Valley may also experience rainfall.
Between July 8 and 10, the weather is expected to remain relatively pleasant. The possibility of scattered monsoon showers will persist in both Jammu and Kashmir regions, although no continuous rainfall is expected.
